Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or enrolling in any StonePoint coverage plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility Requirements
- Vehicle must be under 10 years old at time of purchase
- Vehicle must have less than 100,000 miles at time of purchase
- Vehicle must have clean title (salvage/rebuilt titles excluded unless approved)
- Vehicle must be for personal use
- Current on manufacturer-recommended maintenance
- No pre-existing mechanical issues
2. Waiting Period
- All plans include a 30-day / 1,000-mile waiting period (whichever occurs first)
- Waiting period verifies no pre-existing conditions
- Physical inspections are not performed
3. Coverage Duration
Choose your plan term: 12 months/12,000 miles, 24 months/24,000 miles, or 36 months/36,000 miles. Coverage ends at expiration date OR mileage limit, whichever comes first.
4. Repair Facility Choice
You may use ANY licensed repair facility of your choice. ASE-certified technicians recommended. Prior authorization required for repairs over $500. Call claims department before beginning repairs.
5. Contract Delivery
Full contract package sent via email within 24 hours. Physical contract mailed within 5–7 business days.
6. Plan Administrator
All service contracts are administered by Camelback Administration, a licensed administrator regulated by state departments of insurance. Claims fulfillment is handled through their nationwide network of authorized repair facilities.
7. Coverage Limitations
Coverage applies only to vehicles that are properly registered under an active plan, in good working condition at enrollment, and maintained according to manufacturer specifications. Coverage excludes pre-existing conditions, damages resulting from misuse, neglect, intentional damage, or natural disasters. See your contract and our Coverage Details page for specifics.
8. Payments and Renewals
All payment obligations must be satisfied according to your selected payment plan. Payment processing is handled by PayLink Direct (for financed plans) and Fort Point Payments (for direct payments). Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of coverage.
9. Claims Process
Claims may be submitted by contacting our claims line at 1-(800) 820-8210. All claims are subject to verification. Repairs conducted without prior authorization will not be reimbursed.
10. Termination and Cancellation
StonePoint reserves the right to cancel or refuse service in cases of fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of coverage benefits. Customers may cancel at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
StonePoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your coverage plan.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
