These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the stonepointwarranty.com website and your purchase of vehicle service contracts from StonePoint Strategy Group, LLC d/b/a StonePoint Warranty (“StonePoint Warranty,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or purchasing a contract, you agree to these Terms.
Vehicle Service Contracts
StonePoint Warranty markets and sells vehicle service contracts administered by Camelback Administrative Group. A vehicle service contract is a service agreement — it is not an insurance policy. Coverage is subject to the specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth in your individual contract documents, which will be mailed to you within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility
Vehicle service contracts are available for personal-use vehicles with a clean title, generally under 10 years old and under 100,000 miles at the time of purchase. Final eligibility is determined at the time of contract submission and is subject to vehicle inspection or verification.
Payment Terms
A down payment is due at the time of purchase. Remaining payments are made in monthly installments administered by Walco Funding, LLC under a separate Payment Plan Agreement. You authorize Walco Funding to draft monthly payments from your payment method on file according to the schedule in your Payment Plan Agreement.
30-Day Free Look Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to review your contract and cancel for a full refund of all payments made. After 30 days, cancellations are subject to a prorated refund based on unused coverage, per the terms of your contract.
Claims
All claims are administered by Camelback Administrative Group. To file a claim, take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility and have the shop contact Camelback at 1-800-820-8210 for prior authorization before any repair work begins. Repairs performed without prior authorization may not be covered.
Waiting Period
Coverage is subject to a waiting period from the contract effective date as specified in your contract documents. Claims submitted during the waiting period will not be covered.
Recorded Communications
By purchasing from StonePoint Warranty, you acknowledge that sales and service calls may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance purposes. You consent to receive transactional SMS and email communications related to your contract. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP and opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link.
Limitation of Liability
StonePoint Warranty’s liability is limited to the purchase price of your vehicle service contract. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of a service contract.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
