Free Look Period
You have 30 days from contract purchase to cancel for a full refund. No questions asked.
After Free Look Period
- Cancellations accepted anytime
- Pro-rated refunds issued only once contract is paid in full
- Administrative cancellation fee of $50
- No refund if claims paid exceed contract price
- Coverage ends immediately upon cancellation
Refund Methods
Check mailed to address on file (7–10 business days) or credit to original payment method (subject to administrator approval).

California
30-day free look. Full refund if no claims paid.
Florida
60-day free look. Pro-rated after, fee max 5%.
Illinois
Full reimbursement of unearned premium minus claims.
Texas
30-day free look. Admin fee max $50.
Washington
30-day full refund. Pro-rated after unless claim paid.
Georgia
30-day full refund. Fee max 10% of refund amount.
New York
Full refund within 20 days of mailing or 10 days of delivery.
