We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only with:

  • Camelback Administration: Processes and fulfills coverage claims on our behalf
  • Walco Funding & Fort Point Payments: Securely process billing and financing transactions
  • Repair Partners: Authorized service providers who fulfill coverage claims

4. Communications and Marketing

By purchasing a vehicle service contract, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages and emails related to your contract. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. To be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, call (832) 346-7325 or email support@stonepointwarranty.com. SMS consent is obtained verbally on a recorded call at the time of purchase and applies only to transactional messages related to your active service contract. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Payment card data is processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is not stored on our systems.
